Morgan Township Zoning
Morgan Township has its own set of zoning regulations, independent of Butler County. Zoning came to Morgan Township by a voter referendum in Nov. 1988. Morgan Township decided to hire its own zoning administrator to oversee its zoning in 1995. Board of Zoning Appeals: A hearing will be held concerning expansion of a non-conforming use at 7461 Cincinnati Brookville Rd. in an A-1 district on Feb. 19, 2014 at 7:00pm. The hearing will be held in the meeting room at the Morgan Twp. Administration Building at 3141 Chapel Rd. Okeana, Ohio.
