Morgan Township Zoning

Morgan Township has its own set of zoning regulations, independent of Butler County. Zoning came to Morgan Township by a voter referendum in Nov. 1988. Morgan Township decided to hire its own zoning administrator to oversee its zoning in 1995. Meetings:

Zoning Commission: Next meeting will be Monday, Feb. 27, 2012 to discuss the flood plain zoning in Morgan Twp. Meetings are held in the Administration Building at 3141 Chapel Rd. at 7:00pm

Board of Zoning Appeals: Meetings are scheduled on an "as needed" basis. If no applications for variances are received, then no hearings are scheduled. A business meeting is scheduled for Wed. January 18, 2012 at the Township Administration Building at 3141 Chapel Rd at 7:00pm - no hearing is scheduled.
