Morgan Township has its own set of zoning regulations, independent of Butler County. Zoning came to Morgan Township by a voter referendum in Nov. 1988. Morgan Township decided to hire its own zoning administrator to oversee its zoning in 1995.

Board of Zoning Appeals: Meetings are scheduled on an "as needed" basis. If no applications for variances are received, then no meetings are scheduled. No applications have been received in 2008 so far. However, a business meeting of the BZA will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 7:00pm at the Township Administrative Building.
