Morgan Township has its own set of zoning regulations, independent of Butler County. Zoning came to Morgan Township by a voter referendum in Nov. 1988. Morgan Township decided to hire its own zoning administrator to oversee its zoning in 1995. MEETINGS:
Zoning Commission : Next meeting will be held Monday, March 22, 2010 to discuss any updates/changes that should be made in the Zoning Resolution. These types of assessments should be made on a regular basis to ensure our Resolution is viable and current. The meeting will be at the Morgan Twp. Administration Building at 3141 Chapel Rd. at 7:00 pm.
Board of Zoning Appeals: Meetings are scheduled on an "as needed" basis. If no applications for variances are received, then no hearings are scheduled. A business meeting is scheduled for March 17, 2010 at the Township Admin. Building at 3141 Chapel Rd at 7:00pm.-- no hearing is scheduled.
